We will provide you with a detailed property report, including a current rental assessment, the price guide your property could rent for in the current market, and any other benefits or observations related to your property.

All properties we have available are listed on trademe, realestate and on our office window display. Once you find a property you might be interested in, please contact us to arrange a viewing. You can do this over the phone or by email.

Once you have found a property you like and you want to rent, you will need to fill a tenancy application form. You can do this online by clicking the APPLY button below (Note: It will open a new tab on your browser to display our forms on the Tenancy portal). It will take you about 10-15 minutes to complete.
